The RAW recording below, shows us how high the peaks of clapping are relative to speech levels. This RAW console output used several stages of compression/limiting. This is normal. That is 20db of lost gain to maintain headroom.
The LEVELED to Broadcast Standard recording below, shows how much we can turn up the webstream feed to achieve levels that keeps up with major Broadcast Networks. Zero Peak Overshoot allows higher transmission levels.

Broadcast Leveling Overview
While it's common practice to send the backstage audio and record feeds to a central distribution point, that audio distribution point is generally a convoluted mess.
Essentially, it's a house of cards.
Our broadcast audio leveling systems takes separate, redundant feeds of speech and combines them with the playback to create a better mix.
We then distribute the mix to multiple console outputs. These outputs can feed records, web streams, phone bridges, overflow rooms, backstage monitors, etc., to further distribute the better audio feeds to your audience.
Our distribution systems can be added to, expanding these dedicated outputs.
